  • Within Australia Only (orders will be shipped from Western Australia- dm me if you want to organise pick up)

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged, this is a one woman show!

For the time being, we only offer tracked shipping within Australia only, as delivery prices are based on the weight of the item. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and are subject to changes based on item quantity and Auspost weight rates.

International shipping can be unpredictable and pricey, as there’s a few factors to consider; the total weight, dimensions and shipping destination of the order. There are many ceramicists all over the world, and supporting your local artists is important too!

However, if your heart is set on purchasing from my shop, then please flick me an email and I can give you a quote for shipping costs based on your location and order size.

  • Please note that the products are handmade and no item is ever truly identical to another, your products may have their own imperfections (just like us) and will need to meet the criteria to qualify for any damage refunds.

Refunds are not accepted in cases such as a change of mind.

    DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that pieces arrived damaged or broken, please email mudaerda@gmail.com with photo evidence within 3 days of delivery, and the words “damaged item” in the subject field - so I can make sure your email is a priority.

I will get back to you as soon as possible with a return shipping label, and you will be offered either a refund or replacement in this scenario only if products are available.

  • Yes! It depends what you’re looking for, and how complicated it may be. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the creation date until pieces are ready to go. If you’d like a gift for someone, please make sure to email a few months prior as using public kilns can sometimes be unpredictable for time.

    WHOLESALE
At this current time, I do not have the capacity to stock other stores. We can however collaborate on ideas and create a unique, limited edition custom order. Wholesale orders require a deposit, and remaining fees payable before handover. Pieces with any of your branding on it, that cannot be resold as Muda Erda, will require full payment upfront before creation.

My order limit is 30 items due to space limitations. Bigger orders may take 8-12 weeks from the creation date.

Email me or DM on Instagram, and we can talk about shapes, sizes, glazes. After I have an idea of the cost breakdown & labour, I will give you a quote.

  • I promise to remain transparent about all sourcing and practices, packaging is completely sustainable and plastic free! See the packaging breakdown section on the sustainability page for more information on the materials I use, and how each packaging material should be properly disposed of.

If you buy more than one item, or larger orders, they may be delivered separately due to the delicacy of the product for extra protection. Even though all products will be wrapped and secured in a paper void, this may not stop two pieces from clashing together during freight. Your pieces arriving damage free is important to me!

  • With every piece sold, a tree is planet- woohoo!

The total sales will be calculated at the end of every month, meaning the donations to one tree planted will be finalised on a monthly basis.

I plan to expand on our positive impact in the future when possible.

  • Dishwasher safe & microwave safe- for shorter periods of time as ceramics get very hot to touch.

All materials used to create each piece are high quality, and coated in food safe glazes.

Due to the uniqueness of each piece, it is recommended to hand wash and handle with care ~ to avoid any cracks or chipping.

  • To put it simply, Muda Erda means Mother Earth!

Muda, a play on word for both mother & mud - the material that is used to create ceramics. Erda, being an old English derivation of the word Earth.

My first business is Erda Visuals, where I create visual content for sustainable and eco friendly brands (including this one!)
